CANCELLATION POLICY

🎀Hair Appointment Policy✂️ Thank you for choosing Beautyyy Therapist! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies. 📆Booking: • Hair appointments do not require a deposit at this time. • Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are considered confirmed once scheduled. ⛔️Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. 🚫Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or full prepayment to reserve future appointments. ⏰Late Arrivals: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. • Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service if the appointment cannot be completed. ✅Service Changes: • If you would like to add or remove services, please let us know as soon as possible.
